I'm currently the sole developer of a production scheduling-intelligence platform for a US home-care agency — a full-stack system its schedulers run their day on, from coverage dashboards and a caregiver-matching engine to AI care-note triage and SMS automation. In a year I went from operations work to shipping production software for a paying client, end to end.
